![]() The DCC files are just pieces of the character. COF files tell the DCC files how to assemble themselves. I have no idea how to edit/extract/view these files. The actual character frames are DCC files. The only graphics editors on this site edit DC6 files. Ok, I was wrong about the graphics thing. If anyone can help or wants to actually be a part of the "team", my contact info is as follows:Įmail: reply to this message (I am not a forum regular so this isn't the best way to contact me). It more or less is just for me to know in advance what the character is going to look like on screen. ![]() I have a rough sketch or two laying around that I might scan later if anyone wants to see. As a matter of fact, the only character mod I've ever seen or heard about is the nude assassin. The reason that I want to start this project first before I do any other project is this: the D2 mod community has very, very few graphics/character mods. ![]() Basically, the enchantress uses her magic to boost her weapon/armor speed, attack rating, damage, elemental properties, defense etc or creates a weapon/armor for a set duration. The new character is most likely (unless someone has a better idea) going to be an enchantress. Please don't bother contacting me outside of this forum if you do not intend on putting effort or work into this project as it will only waste our (mine and your) time. Well, that or teach me how to find and extract them myself. ![]() So if anyone can extract all of the character animations of a single character and send them to me, that would be great. But if I'm going to do the artwork, I'd need to have a "sprite sheet" or whatever Diablo uses of another character to edit. I'll need someone who can modify existing "skills" and most likely create whole new ones, I'll need someone who can create stats and do all the little things (like voices), and I'll do the artwork. I want to create a small group of people to work on this project at the same time because it is faster and certain people excell in different areas (no spreadsheet pun intended). ![]() If anyone is interested, please let me know. I understand how complex this is going to be and all of the work involved. Well, it isn't created yet but it's a project that I'd like to start. ![]()
